Through our joint-venture Flow, we started a new and exciting project: We are supporting the Digitalization group of the Housing & Infrastructure Products of Westlake Chemicals by developing a cross-plant framework of business metrics. This framework will be the basis for the reporting and dash-boarding tools delivered by the Digitalization group in the coming years.
The work includes: collecting, documenting, assessing existing metrics and KPIs, identification of gaps, and standardization and documentation of the go-forward metrics.
