Process Core Group is joining a big-5 consulting company on a new business development project in the high-tech industry. We will be leading the development of the CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) processes for a new as-a-service business.
The work will include integration with the overall As-A-Service program, enabling the organizational transition from a product business to a services business, describing the future state ("how-we-do-business" going forward), and developing business processes and a path to implementation.
